Meet Kathryn
Kathryn Hufton is the founder of Kathryn Hufton Design, a full service interior design firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
The firm focuses on luxury residential projects, livening outdated or newly constructed spaces by giving them a fresh and polished feel. Emphasis on crisp colors, layered textures and exceptional lighting are trademarks of Kathryn’s aesthetic. Her practical approach and ability to mix bespoke and antique pieces with cost effective items allows her to create timeless, livable spaces that are authentic to each project. She values the importance of close relationships with clients and believes that every home should reflect its owners.
Kathryn has a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of Delaware and a Certificate of Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design. Current projects are located along the East Coast from Massachusetts down to Maryland.
Kathryn was nominated as one of Modern Luxury Interiors "Ones to Watch" for the 2024 Best of Luxury Design. Her work has been featured in The Boston Globe and Modern Luxury Interiors Boston.

Lauren joined Kathryn Hufton Design as a Junior Designer in March 2024. Prior to KHD, Lauren worked for Serena & Lily as a Design Advisor and graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design.
